Aspect Services Illawarra
Welcome to Aspect Services Illawarra. By booking or receiving our cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms ensure clarity, fairness, and protection for both our clients and our team.
Scope of Services
Cleaning services will be carried out at the agreed location and scheduled times.
A minimum 2-hour call-out applies to all bookings.
Any changes to the schedule must be confirmed in advance.
Access to Property
Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.
If our team cannot access the premises due to locked doors, no key, or other reasons outside our control, a $50 call-out fee may apply.
Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 5 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may attract a late fee as outlined on your invoice.
Services are charged per-hour, per-worker. Quotes are estimates only; invoices reflect actual hours worked.
Cancellations & Termination
Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled clean will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the quoted service cost.
Ongoing services may be terminated by either party with 7 days’ written notice.
Aspect Services Illawarra may suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of unsafe conditions, non-payment, or inappropriate behaviour.
Health, Safety & Refusal of Service
We maintain a safe work environment and may refuse or stop services if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous (including but not limited to bodily fluids, hazardous waste, or aggressive animals).
A $50 call-out fee may apply if service is refused on arrival for these reasons.
Damage & Liability
Our staff take all reasonable care while cleaning.
Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the item, provided the damage was caused by clear negligence.
We do not accept liability for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or unreported issues.
Feedback & Concerns
If you are unhappy with a completed clean, please contact us within 24 hours of service provided so we can address it promptly.
Feedback outside this timeframe may limit our ability to resolve the matter.
Code of Conduct
Aspect Services Illawarra enforces a zero-tolerance policy for aggression, abuse, or violence towards staff.
Any such behaviour will result in immediate termination of services. Invoices for work already completed will remain payable.
Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information.
We may take photos of cleaning work for quality or advertising purposes, but will avoid including any identifying features of your home or property.
NDIS Services
All NDIS cleaning services are governed by the NDIA’s rules and regulations.
Clients receiving services under the NDIS agree to comply with NDIA requirements.
